In the kitchen we have made everything from a chopping board to a whole set of kitchen cabinets. Designs ranging from the traditional country style in European oak with granite worktops through to painted designs and those with inlayed doors.

Some are completely built in whilst others have a more freestanding feel. The design work is very important and we work closely with the client to achieve a design that also suits their way of cooking and living. In addition to working for private clients we are also happy to make kitchens for architects and interior designers.

Inlayed Art Deco inspired kitchen

This kitchen cabinet features a popular and striking door design with teak and ebony stringing inlayed into a rosewood veneered door. This design would be equally at home on a cabinet in a modern lounge or other room of the house. Imagine a fabulous tall freestanding drinks cabinet or larder unit with this design where four doors come together to make the inlays form a circle!

Kitchen island unit

This kitchen island unit features a heavy-duty solid maple worktop with a vegetable washing sink and a cunning system for dealing with potato peel and carrot tops etc. They are swept down the hole in the worktop to the right of the sink into a stainless steel lined drawer for disposal. The base has been given a distressed rubbed look one of many specialist paint finishes that we offer. This is a really solid functional piece of furniture that we have produced in many variations.
